Racing Games Get New Twist In Happy Wheels Title
Online gamers have been given a new take on free online racing games following the release of Happy Wheels, a game that has been created on the ‘get from point A to point B’ methodology but with the added danger of the chance to have your character dismembered throughout the course.
The game was thought to be another one that would simply phase into the free online gaming market before dying out of existence but the reception that the game has received is one that no one could have predicted, with more than 4 million searches for the title very month according to search engine giants Google.
The game has raised questions by parents that have witnessed the game and have expressed their disapproval of the game in which characters are seen to lose limbs and be churned up into small pieces, including a small child which is seen on the back of a bicycle.
Gamers have simply said that they don’t see what the issues are with the game as it is only a simulation of a virtual world in which no one really gets hurt, some players saying that they consider the game to be fun rather than serious, which is the way in which free online games are meant to be.
At the start of the game there is a character selection screen in which you choose your racer as you try to complete the dangerous levels in the fastest possible timescale, although as the levels progress the danger within the levels increases and the chances that your racer is going to make it through the full course reduce significantly.
The game seems set for bigger a better things and could result in a second title being created by the developers of Happy Wheels, meaning that you could be offered different characters, courses and most of all more blood and guts, something that gamers say that they are already ready for.
